A FMFH workshop was held at the UNESCO ASPnet 50th Anniversary International Congress which took place in Auckland, New Zealand, on 3-8 August 2003. Participants included Ministries of Education, high officials from UNESCO National Commissions and ASPnet National Coordinators world wide.
